The site offers for sale musical instruments—steel tongue drums under the Tonedrum brand, as well as accessories for them. Products are manufactured at the Yudin Workshop, located at: Pokrzywno 20, 61-315 Poznań, Republic of Poland, telephone: +48 600 521 075, email: contact@tonedrum.com.

Delivery


The online store delivers products within the territory of the Republic of Poland and to other countries available for delivery by Polish Post and DPD courier service. Options and costs for delivery to your region will be provided in the cart and at checkout after entering your delivery address.

Customs Duties


International orders may be subject to regulation by customs authorities and other national authorities of the destination country, which may affect delivery times and the total cost of purchase. Please familiarize yourself with local laws and regulations before placing an order. The buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties applied in their country.

Pricing


All prices are stated in Euros and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of order placement and remain valid until the goods are received by the customer. Delivery costs are calculated separately and depend on the delivery address.

Payment


Payment for goods is made through PayPal. The available payment methods are determined by the customer’s region and the services provided by PayPal.

After payment of the order, the customer receives an email confirmation. If the ordered item is out of stock, the customer is offered either a refund or to wait for the product to be manufactured.

Delivery insurance


Goods are shipped within 2-3 business days when in stock. Packages are insured. The seller guarantees the quality and correct quantity of goods at shipment, as well as their secure packaging.

Returns and Exchanges


The buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods without explanation within 14 days from the date of their receipt. Returns are possible only if the goods have not been used and are in their original condition with original packaging. All costs of returning the goods are paid by the buyer. Refunds are made to the same payment instrument used for payment, within 5 business days after the returned goods are received.

Defective Products


If you receive a defective product or one that does not match the description on the website, you can exchange it for a new one or return it within 14 days of receipt. When returning or exchanging a defective product, all costs of returning the product are reimbursed. Please contact our support service for further instructions and details on the return or exchange procedure.

Warranty Conditions


We provide a warranty on all our products under the conditions described in this document.

  1. Steel tongue drums:
    • The warranty is provided for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
    • The warranty covers tuning accuracy, glue joint, and paint coating.
    • The warranty is valid provided the instrument is used under normal conditions (temperature 20-25°C, humidity 40-60%).
    • Exclusions: the warranty does not cover mechanical damages such as impacts, falls, and damage to the paint coating.
  2. Accessories:
    • The warranty is provided for a period of one year.
    • Does not cover mechanical damages such as fractures, tears, and other types of physical wear.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use of the product, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.

Warranty Claim Procedure


In the event of a warranty claim, please send photos of the defect and a copy of the purchase receipt to our email address. We will review your request and contact you to clarify further steps. Your request is processed within 14 business days from the date of its receipt.

Changes to the Agreement


The seller reserves the right to make changes to this agreement. Clients will be notified of any planned changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Changes take effect immediately after their publication on the site. If you disagree with the changes, you may discontinue the services before the changes take effect.
